Brad Coker is a native of Fairfield, Texas. After graduating from the University of Texas system with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology and Land Surveying, he started building and development projects in Tyler and Fairfield in 2002. These projects have included subdivision development, new home construction, and remodeling and investment refurbishing, as well as property management. He is a Certified Master Builder.
Brad has recently focused on a historically-inspired design style. His work in Old Mill Crossing subdivision showcases this style with pier-and-beam designs, reclaimed materials, and classic detailing that hold the elegance of the past. Coker & Company is also known for creating energy-efficient homes with top-quality Energy Star-rated appliances and foam insulation for low utility costs and reduced environmental impact.
In 2012, Coker & Company became a Capital Steel dealership and now offers steel building construction for churches, schools, aircraft hangars and warehouses.
Coker & Company was a first-place winner in the $176K – $250K category of the Showcase of New Homes presented by the Hood County Builders Association.
